QD81 Dri Fit Sublimation Collar T Shirt – Short Sleeve 160gsm is a type of shirt that has been decorated or designed using the sublimation printing process. Sublimation is a printing technique where special ink is used to transfer a design onto a material, typically microfiber fabric. This process involves the use of heat and pressure to turn the ink into a gas, which then permeates the fibers of the fabric, resulting in a vibrant, full-color, and durable print.

Step 1: Design Creation:

A digital design is created using computer software. This design can include vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and detailed images.

Ste 2: Printing on Transfer Paper:

The digital design is printed onto special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation inks.

Step 3: Transfer to Fabric:

The printed transfer paper is placed on the T-shirt, and both are subjected to high heat using a heat press.

Step 4:

Cooling and Setting: After the heat press process, the fabric is allowed to cool, and the sublimated inks solidify within the fibers, creating a permanent and durable full-color print on the T-shirt.
